Next time I watch through RWBY I might need to turn on Japanese dubs with English subs. That sounds pretty interesting.

Despite the bad English anon 2855 is correct. RWBY is an American Animation with anime inspiration. Rooster Teeth is an American Company in Texas, and Monty Oum the creator of the Show was born in Rhode Island.
You can watch it in Japanese if you like, I have heard the Japanese dub is quite good but it is originally in English.
