Copy? Both were drawings from the same artist, also i dont see a problems in copy position or angle, good ideas need to be used more than once, there is a limited number of position possible, imagine if artists couldnt re use because some one else did it first?

Just dont copy the trace/line art of someone else and youre good to go.
