You know, if the game did had a Ice specialist (not counting Sina), I could've imagine it being Lillie or Wicke.

At first I thought the idea of Alola not having an ice specialist made sense, since it's a tropical region, but so is Hoenn, and they still had an ice type Elite 4 member. They just as easily could've made the flying type Elite 4 member in S/M an ice specialist. She came out of nowhere anyway; not like it matters what type she used.
