Given the desirable lifestyle... Oh indeed its possible, but not necessarily a goal that one needs to strive for.

Eat healthily (all organic & no processed foods);
Excercise sprightly (martial arts training would be most preferable);
Sleep like a dog (at least 8 hours a day);
And rekindle ones relationship with the planet(s), starsystem(s), galaxy(/ies), and universe(s) that they have incarnated within.

All the above, and then some, would result in a body like this. Although by the time one reaches this level of enlightenment, one would realize that ones ego construct is nothing but a conduit and extension of ones infinite, eternal, & immortal essence ;)
