Technically combining "oral" with "pov_crotch" should get you what you want, along with "-cunnilingus" if you definitely just want the dick-sucking (you could just do "fellatio" instead of "oral" to make it more specific, but assuming everything is tagged correctly that would also cut out "irrumatio", the exact opposite of "fellatio" yet still a form of dick-in-mouth [fellatio is the mouth moving on the penis, irrumatio is the penis moving in the mouth; they should never both be tagged for the same thing yet they often are]).

However, as unreliable as tags can be already, for lesser-known tags on the level as "pov crotch", that unreliability gets taken up to 11. Not many tag it to begin with, and many of the images it's tagged on are completely wrong. Case in point: This image is not tagged with it as of my writing this comment, and nearly the entire first page of results for "pov_crotch" are clearly incorrect, many of which aren't even any sort of "pov" at all.
