Something about this just feels weird. Poison definitely feels more like a dominant predator type what with her get up, handcuffs, riding crop and not mention her affiliation with criminals so seeing her taking it from behind by someone so small and meek that she could easily eat for breakfast... I meant that's role reversal if anything.

Well it is confirmed that she has a dick so it would normally be anal and her batting. So there's that, but it seems as good a time as any for role reversal since she lost her balls (literally)

makes more sense if you think of this as less poison and more poison cosplayer that's a full on chick and not so much of a hardened criminal.
