Robin and Lucina are almost guranteed.

Ike is one of the most popular FE characters of all time, so his chances are pretty good as well.

I would say Roy, considering he has appeared in Melee for the first time before being in Binding Blade and reappearing in SSB for 3DS/Wii U.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lyn makes it into the game due to her being the only Fire Emblem Assist Trophy in SSBB and SSB4 (even acknowledged in The Art of Fire Emblem Awakening artbook).

And since this is a Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja game...
