I thought something was wrong with her face, then I realized her cheek is coming out past her lips like a fat kid smooshed against a wall, except that her face isn't against the wall, seeing as her hands go further into the background than her head. Which means her cheek is permanently reshaped from the last time it was squished, like she's made of playdough or something. Alternatively, perhaps her facial features are transposed to the side of her face. Either way, it just looks wrong.
