There's an enormous group of men out there who feel intimidated by the sexual demands of the modern woman. Many of of them can not meet the standards of the women they would ideally aim for. That's where this fetish comes from. If you can't win, you'll have to find a way to take pleasure out of not getting what you want, in other words masochism. Isn't ball-crushing a little... you know, misguided? Not a slight against your character, but that's something you only get to do once, and then you're out of commission forever. Same with any kind of masochism that involves mutilation, I don't think it's wrong, just impractical.

I can't speak for most women, but there are women out there who also likes small ones, or likes them even more than the big and average ones.
For me, about 13cm is the ideal size.
