@anon1 MC was summoned to a fantasy world with these female heroes because he has magical sperm or some shit, and by having sex with them he gives them more power. In the original game, he basically chose which pair of girls to go with and he'd be on that "route" (hence "*3Ping* Lovers"). In the anime adaptation he chose the princess (pink hair girl) and her servant (silver haired tan girl) and after having sex with them and granting them power, their boobs turn gigantic. Silver Hair girl on the right who's getting motorboated is a mage who has an idea on how to fix their dilemma. Girl floating with a bruise on her head is a loli mage who was teasing them because of their giant breasts and got hit because of it.
