As much as it may be your fetish, Poison has never had a bulge in her pants in any Streetfighter game. It really doesn't matter what they might have written in an instruction manual in the 32 bit era in Final Fight, they clearly don't care about that aspect of her character at all. For all intents and purposes as far as Capcom is concerned, she is a woman now.
