Soarel, actually Yang would be bigger. They had the same figure due to hardware limitations, with Neo's figure being a scaled-down Yangs.

So Yang's are bigger because Yang is in every way bigger than Neo.

Hardware limitations? You're telling me Neo and Yang have the same figure due to hardware limitations? She has a completely different outfit, her hair is styled completely different and in two distinct colors, not to mention how many other girls are in the series that don't match Yang's figure in the slightest, but no, the hardware couldn't possibly handle tweaking Neo's bust. I'm sorry, but I can't believe that for a second.

I can. Why would they bother doing anything more than just scaling the same bodyframe down and just adding different clothes? Unless you want to find the original 3D models yourself, you really don't have much to stand on here.
