People complaining that only japanese stuff should be allowed here are just militant purists. By those standards, take away everything Korean while you're at it. Just delete everything with korean dialogue or a korean artist. Also, don't allow art if the artist is unknown, because he knows, he might not be Japanese! Don't you realise how silly this is?

I think it's Japanese artists or Japanese IP, but yeah, it's so inconsistently applied and up to mod discretion that is absolutely worthless as a rule. The real rule, as with comments and everything else, is "does the mod looking right now like/agree" and that's that.
