I'm sitting hear on google trying to find out if this is a different creature and what it would be called just so we can have an answer, but I've got nothing. It just keeps bringing Cerberus up. Despite the fourth head I'm going to add a Cerberus tag but keep the dragon one because maybe someone is searching tags for something exactly like this but they don't know what to put. If that's the case, you're welcome future person.
