Depends on how you look at it Momo, each series had its strengths.
Yu-gi-oh! = Best Characters
Yu-gi-oh! GX = Best Duels
Yu-gi-oh! 5D's = Best Story

There are two jadens/judais cause (i'm guessing) one is in the beginning, one is at the end. He changes a lot through out the series. One is probably after the Yubel part (and to be technical then, there are three of him, since the Supreme King/Haou is technically Jaden/judai B:
