Context: In Pokemon Sun and Moon, Gengar's Levitate was replaced with Cursed Body in what seems to be the nerf of the century.

While it's not entirely useless, people are definitely using Gengar's newfound Ground-type weakness (being part Poison-type and all) to their advantage.
