Alright, so, I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to assume that this is connected to a picture from earlier this year -- id=3528707 -- since she is wearing the same jacket in both. Now whether the...father is a futa-Ahoge Girl or some guy is a whole other issue since it wasn't revealed who it was. 23 in fact says on the Pixiv page that they are refraining from making comments.

To be honest, I don't give a fuck who the father is. I would like to think it was a case of NTR and the father is some guy, but I wouldn't be mad if it was futa-Ahoge Girl.

Also, Rafaela isn't their daughter nonetheless since that was a lie.

Rafaela isn't the futa, her girlfriend is. You can see that in other images as well as a short story by 23. It's Aldo common knowledge that, like 23's futa images and this image, Rafaela is first appeared in/ usually appears in April fools images-- so canonically she isn't their daughter but she is in the 'April fools storyline'.
