pretty much only retards hate this character.
she is a damn well written female protagonist.
Unlike many protags, she actually SPEAKS and sounds like a person more often than not, unlike most protags.
Her obnoxious somewhat obsessive attitude and her sarcastic nature are endearing qualities. She feels like she fits into her world, unlike so many protags who feel like annoying self inserts in their own world.
If you hate this character its because you are insecure with the idea of a female protag that doesn't fit the bill for your personal female protag concept. "if she isn't Lara Croft, or Samus Aran then she isn't a good female protag." right? Nitwits all.
