So this looks like a case of being lost in the fucking himalayas for a week and losing legs and arms to frostbite. Why on Earth would you get rid of the limbs if they aren't beyond repair anyway? Can't tell if it's fetish fuel for the degenerates or a sort of uplifting message like "you can be happy even if you're a disfunctional cripple"
