Since Cauliflas Brother looked pretty old, at least in his 30's already, i'd say.. early to mid 20's for them maybe.

^ you have to remember Saiyajins age different, they are still considered young at the age of 80, they can easily be 50.

I think I read that Saiyans just don't age quite like humans do.
They do get old, but their bodies stay in physical prime for pretty much all of their lives.

^^ That was stated once, but Toriyama said himself that Saiyans live longer than humans, it's just that was a warrior ace, most Saiyans end up dying in battle, so their average lifespan ends up not being very long.

They live longer than humans, but they usually get themselves killed long before they start growing old.

Still think mid or late 20's. Cabba probably is, with his lanky and slim Appearance and his shy 'Notice me Senpai-Vegeta' Persona. And since they hanging around together.. Then again there was that pointless and pathetic Brother of Vegeta, Tarble, that crawled out of an Obscurity Hole, looking like an Teenager, while he saw Vegeta the last Time decades ago.
