is it just me, or is the head kinda small? I thought the head is usually proportionally larger at that age compared to adult head-to-body size ratios?

You are right. However, I've noticed that most artists here do not understand basic anatomy. Legs and bodies are curved on very young girls. x-ray scenes have cocks bending to go down throats etc.
