Ulquiorra's second ressurection form itself would kill off a few of the good guys from the spiritual pressure (or his javlens of doom).
Byakuya's bankai would wipe the floor with many of them as well.
Assuming how well Light knows the other side, they're dead, but, he'd need protection seeing as how he has no super speed/strenght ect.
The Menos Grande could easily fire a cero to weakn the rest. but it IS a huge target. So chances are at least a few of the good guys will go after it.
The remaining fighters would have to deal with all the special cases like the DBZ, Bleach, yuyu hakusho cast and Guu. Gluttony might have to eat her (before she eats him) since she's pretty much immortal and chopping her to bits wont mean a thing.

aw how sad...my essays I wrote years gone by were voted down...Maybe I should write another couple? Or I should simply say, regardless of what you think of the show, the dragonball z characters are planet buster class character, who fight at much faster speeds than L can think, and while he may be smarter than I(which is an accomplishment to say the least) he can't think THAT much faster than me. Naruto characters dont go up to par as say, bleach characters, who could not take on the dbz universe. The saint seiya characters would be the only characters here who could possibly match them, and that is unlikely. Please do not think this is blatant favoratism (oh gods, the wwe has put words in my mouth) If it was...DBZ would NOT win...(frickin Kurama and Heiei are both there! OH! look! Its frickin Kuwabara!AWESOME!!!! and did anyone else notice Edward Elric before noticing anyone else?

I find it funny to see all these people arguing when they put Guu in there.
For those of you who don't know: Guu's thing is pretty much to do whatever the writers come up with while on drugs. Especially if it's absurd and breaks as many rules as possible, including other canons.

Naruto creates a Kyuubi clone and Tailed Beast Bombs InuYasha.
InuYasha counters with Backlash Wave supplemented by Adamant Tetsusaiga.
Naruto clone is destroyed as Backlash Wave heads towards the enemies.
Sayians shoot through and supplement Backlash Wave with a Kamehameha (side note: notice Gohan is using "Father-Son Kamehameha" but there's an alive Goku next to him too? hax).
Remaining heroes follow up with long range attacks.
Enemies try to counter/run and are held in place by Robin, Kurama, and more Naruto clones.
After Blast, Luffy finishes with 3rd Gear - Haki Armament Black - Gum Gum Elephant Storm.
