The gap between rifle butt and shoulder means she will miss and get a solid bruise if she fires. Plus she must be a lot bigger than she looks or someone shrunk the rifle.

Anon 1 is ignoring the fact that the gap between her shoulder and her rifle is because she's on her back. She's likely been knocked over by something, say the force of a shell exploding, and is trying to pop off a quick shot in the panic.
