I hope that Ash becomes a fighter in Smash Bros. for Switch. I would actually like to see him in the worlds of Mario and Zelda. I'd like to see how that would play out.

Technically they had the Remake of Red from LeafGreen & FireRed on Brawl. But he uses Squirtle, Ivysaur & Charizard to do battles

So if Ash was in the next Smash Bros, his concept would be similar to Red in Brawl. It would have Pikachu and two of his strongest Pokémon Ash has ever had in the Pokémon anime. @BigStudBen

Actually, my idea would be for Ash would do most of the fighting on his own, but he could throw a PokeBall and summon any of the Pokemon he's had over the years. Not sure what his Final Smash would be, though.
