This is a stretch but I think this is also a killing floor 2 crossover, bullet time is a feature in the game and so are dueling those .500 Magnum Revolvers

Might be, but Reisen is known for the finger gun pose, with one bullet in her hand it fits more the revolver hand guns than traditional hand guns, but honestly just look at her butt and sideboob, she looks gorgeus!
