Semblance can only be used if the user has enough Aura to fuel it; the stuff is a countable resource like Stamina or Mana in an MMO.

That being said, the fact that faceless_male here managed to wear down the best huntsman prodigy in all of remnant, one way or another, gives the dom/sub fetish extra bonus points.
