^^ If you look at some more of this artists work on other sites like deviant art, the word "daddy" pops up here and there. It's also a common word for "sissies" to use for their studdlierr partners... this girly boy even has a bracelet that says "<3 DADDY <3".

"Daddy" is neither indicative of incest, nor is it really a 'sissy' thing. It's a BDSM thing, and the name of the Dom in a particular BDSM dynamic. The sub is also wearing a collar and a leash.
