I don't know, most of the people in the series have seen Reg's dick before, and he hasn't fucked any of them before. I'd think it's just an ongoing joke of everyone has to see Reg's dick because he's a robot that has a dick. Besides, with Faputa's implied reputation, I'd assume she sees Reg as more of an object than a person, especially more than a person she'd be interested in fucking.
