He actually did fuck her if I recall. Ann said no to sleeping with Komoshida and he took the liberty of doing it to Shiho (who was already trying to do her own things because she wanted to stay on the volleyball team). Shiho tried committing suicide because of that if I recall.

This image pissed me off after playing the game, after all the crap poor Shiho took, komoshida must receive a thousand deaths for his crimes.
