"breeding" generally refers to natural reproduction en masse in nature, or selective breeding by humans to artificially select specific traits in domesticated animals. It isn't completely incorrect to use it to refer to human reproduction, but it's a very strange thing to do.
Additionally, "impregnation" refers specifically to when impregnation happens, as opposed to "breeding" which covers the act of reproduction very broadly.
Either way, do not use "breeding" as a tag.
