I saw something similar on an episode of Femme Fatales. Episode title: "Girls Gone Dead".

This still-shot isn't as bad as the live-action scene I remember from that, but I still prefer my bondage art to be without any life-threatening situations.

I'd be happy with a dildo pole that as the ice melts, causes her to slide farther down on it. Eventually the dildo is all the way in, and she is stuck there, unable to lift herself off it so even if she gets her hands free she is still kept in place.
