Yes it is Rider of Black. All the Fate character tags from danbooru are different for some reason. For instance they tagged him as Astolfo_(Fate) there instead of Rider_Of_Black, which is what Gelbooru uses.
There are over a hundred danbooru images with incorrect character tags.

They did the same with Ruler, she's tagged as Jeane_(fate) now there.

normally I find Astolfo annoying, but it's an objective fact that he is damn cute here. there's no denying that.
