"Commission" is a strong word here. He outright admits to just getting the sketches done, but he or another person does the "final" linework based on that (exaggerating whatever dicks are in the sketch into the hyper "third leg" territory), he or another person colors it, then he himself adds the dialogue (which obviously veers into what some people can call "black master race" levels of mythical black bull cuckolding).
