Those characters are from the videogame Gundam The Battle Master II.
The woman´s name is Gloria Chanvalley and the kid´s name os Pixie.

Sorry, I mean that the boy's name IS Pixie. And I forgot this game was the japanese version of Gundam Battle Assault with other characters and story unlike the american version with the characters from the U.C.(Universal Century) and A.C.(After Colony) animes.
