The first episode wasn't all bad, but the second is just...awful. As you said, they straight-up took shots from the first one, recoloured them, and called it a day. I can forgive mediocre animation, but when they can't even be bothered to make it? No. Honestly, the red flags were on full display when you look at the credits, and see that they outsourced the animation to a random Korean studio, instead of doing it themselves. The OVAs were dead on arrival.

At least they actually animated it instead of a Flash stretch and squash job like that one Shiwasu no Okina manga they made an "anime" of.
