Okay I will say that a lot of artists draw Mei way huger and more plump than she ought to be.
But hiking through the antarctic one time does not cause those kind of gains instantly.

No Zarya's hands are fine. Her right hand is AWAY from us, hence a bit small. Her left hand is folded and her back of the right hand is on her hip AWAY from us at an angle. The artist nailed it perfectly. The issue rises with the illusion of her entire arm. Just stand in front of a mirror and do the same pose w/ your hand, it will look a bit small like that.
