Second Link is Majora's Mask, but it's also listed as Ocarina of Time. Obviously, Younger and Elder, though it doesn't explicitly point that out.

Otherwise, with the Ravio addition, you're spot on.

That's not Ravio. That's old school Link, from back in the days when he had brown hair.

I don't feel like translating all of it, but basically the text describes systems from Breath of the Wild that the artist wishes had been used in other Zelda game.

A rough translation of the Japanese text seems to describe what they would do in the BotW game if they were a playable character or if you interacted with them. Not really sure since I'm not great at Japanese. K019 is close, but it's more of what the other Links would do in BotW than describing what systems from BotW wished were used in other Zelda games.
