Synopsis: In 2285, the whale probe is wreaking havoc on the sol system which caused a federation wide communication system shut down. Enemies of the Federation of planets seek to exploit this opportunity to devastate the numerous worlds of the federation. The USS Kumano on the forefront of federation space is one of the few starships unaffected by the whale probe. With enemies all round, the crew of the Kumano cannot return or request reinforcements from Earth or it's neighbouring systems for help. Only a desperate alliance with the Klingons would hopefully be enough to stave off complete collapse of the Federation of planets.

^ Ok, but why Sienna Kahn? She's only shown in one scene of one episode and that's it. Honestly I feel like Sienna is the odd one of the group.
