Those grit teeth and determined eyes, even in such a horrible situation. She's tough!
The next round will break her for sure, though. That moment after the exhausting birth when the egg-laying tentacle jams right back in, without pause or the slightest rest, and she realizes this is just going to keep happening, again and again, for the rest of her life...nobody gets through that.
