i have never played with wu, so i don't know about her but i agree with Jack and nursery rhymes rating. but i find putting kiyohime in the same bracket as Jack laughable. she's weak in lore and mediocre in game.

If you Kiyohime is "mediocre" in your game, then you're not using her right... with the right servants backing her up, she's actually quite strong.

Kiyohime loses whatever value she has once you get Lancelot/Frankenstein/Tamamocat or virtually any other aoe berserker in the future, since they all do Kiyohimes job better than Kiyohime.
NP5 Kiyohime with buffs cannot one hit doors with her NP, while an NP1 Fran on her own can do.
Kiyohime also has a shitty debuff that actually increases the enemy atk, because why not.

Kiyo's easily a D rank at best. "With the right servants backing her up", Nursery Rhyme and Wu still both outdamage her.
