i always cringe a bit when i see reverse praying mantis binds like this, i know it's technically possible, but there is no way that it's even remotely comfortable unless she is very double jointed in both her elbows and even then i'd imagine it would be cutting off circulation to her fingers.

I can hold my arms like that without being double jointed or being bound. That's the nice part about yoga: flexibility.
