I'm not sure but...the blondie looks like Kyle Hide from the Nitendo DS game Hotel Dusk room 215. But the other guy is certainly a neighbor from the seconde game, I forgot his name... :/
XD This game marked my childhood, such a chock to see him here ! But a pleasure too.
