This is such an interesting concept to me, but I have questions. Notably, how long would it logically taken for the ice to melt down to the dildo? I'm assuming this is in an environment that's at least room temperature. That way most of Illya's body is properly warmed and there's a bit more help from the surrounding air to more sufficiently met the ice. Speaking of, I'm also going to assume Illya's legs and crotch are being periodically warmed, partially so her body temperature can melt the ice better, and also to prevent frostbite.
This is just me over thinking porn, pay me no mind.

Especially for characters that could arguably have magic to either counter ill effects like frostbite, or could work around them, like making part of their bodies more warm or such.
Same with underwater pics, i don't like killing so I usually assume/imagine those characters are able to breath/survive underwater, which is not that hard seeing how many powerful / immortal characters there are in anime.
Anyway, genius pic idea, I think this is the first time I see this particular one. :D There are too few predicament bondage scenarios to my liking anyway, it is always nice to have more and especially creative ones.

Yeah this would be really hot (haha get it, cause she's on ice... never mind) but only if she had some magic or something to keep her from getting frost bite or dying of hypothermia. Because realistically both of those would happen before she'd melted through a significant portion of the ice.
