I would personally vote that that sort of thing shouldn't count for the tags, because NO ONE IS EVER GOING TO USE THOSE TAGS WANTING TO FIND SOMETHING LIKE THIS, SO IT'S JUST CONFUSING SEARCHING, but hey, the entire system of tagging rules here is completely backwards anyway.
