If you want uncensored hentai, then you need to grab stuff that was made late 90's or earlier (not sure on the exact date that japan started to censor their cartoon porn, but it was somewhere around that timeframe).
Doubt we'll ever seen uncensored stuff coming out of japan again in our lifetime's..not unless there's a 180 in the way the government applies it's censor laws.

There are some ways for it to happen. If a company outside of Japan licenses the OVA for sale in their country, an uncensored version will become available. But that's assuming a company will actually do that, which is a rare case and often occurs many years after the original release. It does happen, though.

Honestly, being that they no longer need to censor a pussy unless it is in a sexual manner (spread, aroused, penetrated, etc.) it seems like they are starting to back off a bit. There's a chance we will see it in our lifetime. And man... that would be great.
