Mafuyu being the character Sasha made fun of for having small breasts at the beginning of the series is one of the things which made this scene legendary. Suddenly this cliche' almost tomboy of a character gets these gigantic tits worthy of an ecchi leading woman. AND she gets serviced by the sadistic loli who drinks her milk. Legendary.
