Not really, she is complementary to Tomo: They both have huge breasts, but Miyuri's boobs are saggier with large downward facing areolas and pointy nipples instead of Tomo's plump breasts with inverted nipples and smaller lighter colored areolas. Gotta love Hoods for these kind of details.
Their bodies differ also, while both are curvy (probably fat for many) with great ass, Tomo is shorter and overall looks chunkier. Also their hairstyles, faces, personality are contrasting.
I don't see Tomo outclassing Miyuri or viceversa, they're equally hot just two different flavors of the same busty girl archetype, i'm glad hoods gave us some variety
