Only Reimu and Madoka are overpowered here.

Saber is the third strongest, but even then there is a massive powerlevel gap between her and Reimu/Madoka. Saber is not even overpowered in her own setting, if anything she is overrated in-universe as the strongest heroic spirit of the sword, yet she loses most of her fights despite her fame and legend, she is a major jobber.

Rem and Misaka are just barely superhuman, and even normal humans could beat them.

Asuna and Tenshi do not even have any powers/skills outside of their setting (video game/afterlife), they are essentially powerless mortals.

Do not know enough about Kurumi to make judgement.

That said anon, Kanade clearly does have her powers here so she would not be powerless here. We can assume Asuna has her abilities too if that is the case.

Still, Asuna might be one of the weaker of the group.
