If I felt her hand on my thigh trying to pickpocket me, I would grab it and embarass the hell out of her.

Then get mad since she was trying to steal.

Then have her earn the extra money.

Best girl, most useful, but I sure felt guilty making her do my laundry of all things. Especially as a working adult.
