Why would Grima be worried? Even with the Exalted Falchion at full power, the worst it can do is put him to sleep for a few centuries.

This is more of a reference to Grima's in-game weakness to Falchion in heroes.
Considering how many Falchion users there are in heroes you can only imagine what it would be like to have a Grima unit surrounded by 3 or 4 of them
